Ummm. Delicious. Doesn't that just make you want to take a deep breath and sigh with a satisfied smile on your lips?

It's such a treat to be here on this forum with such vibrant, freedom-loving, co-creators. I feel a great appreciation for the launching-off place that brought us to this beautiful NOW.

Smooches to all!

11:11,

I love the process you reference regarding distinguishing your To Do's from those being given to the Universal Manager to handle.

I also read something brilliant in Julia Cameron's book The Writing Diet recently. She thought is would be a good idea for us to not only create To Do lists, but also Ta Da lists! It gives us a chance to list of all those things we DID accomplish on any given day. I loved it.

Keep on sharing, folks. This is lovely.

WOW this is so powerful 11:11. Thanks for sharing.

Genie

I made a list of things and put them all in the universal manager side of the paper. I said "You take care of it." On my side I put "enjoy the Abraham material, eat well, and get some fresh air".

The process is to provide relief from being overwhelmed. Boy do I feel good today :simple:[/quote]
