The Blue Feather Experiment.

Not sure how much people here know about Huna. Definitely a topic I would suggest to anyone here for exploration.

Anyways, there's this little Huna manifestation excercise called The Blue Feather Experiment.

All you do is simply focus on the mental image of a blue feather. Same LOA applies. Take a few minutes every day to visualize a blue feather.

Eventually you will see a blue feather manifest in your reality.

I shared this little experiment with my sister, who is not really into LOA much...she did it...took her all of 3hrs to manifest it.

It's definitely a confidence builder...there's no difference between manifesting a blue feather and anything else you could possibly desire.

Thats from Illusions,isn't it? Richard Bach concentrates on a blue feather and gets a carton of Blue feather milk the next day...A funny one with me was Sunmaid Raisins..took a couple of days ,just turned up in a funny way,,,

I do too...they're everywhere you look.

What's great about these experiments is they remind you that "It's all you."

Meaning that they really show you how quickly things can manifest when you are not only just in alignment with them but how easy it is when you let go and allow.

Pretty much anything anyone wants can fit into those categories. The only reason people have trouble manifesting them...and doing it quickly...is because of whatever internal blocks we may have about that given desire.

rocknrollgoddess didn't have any conflicting beliefs about a purple VW...no contradictory thoughts about them. She KNOWS they exist. Most importantly...she didn't at any single point entertain the idea of "Lack of a purple VW." That's why it turned up so fast.

Just me saying "Lack of purple VW" sounds ridiculous....because it is.

Same rules apply to any other desire.

Hey guys!

I read this thread last week, but didn't give the blue feather a lot of thought because it reminded me of the 17 second game.

Well over the weekend at the lake, I was sitting in the boat & I looked down & guess what was there?? A beautiful BLUE feather!!!!! I guess I gave it enough thought to manifest one!

Wow,ok, this is the thing, months ago I tried the simple manifestation game and picked a rainbow in the middle of winter and it took 3 hrs. Way cool,right?
Then I read the book Illusions and inspired by it, tried the blue feather way back , and I still haven't seen one. I think everyone on this thread took my feathers?

I will take joyful solace in this,

I did this after watching the secret behind the secret when abe told the story of how esther manifested the butterflies, blue glass, and feather. I tried it with Jawbreakers (those sweets/candy you can get shaped like big balls)...I just randomly thought that I would think about a jawbreaker so that it would manifest in my vibration. Now I remember doing this on a saturday for about 1 minute, every few hours I would visualise strongly the jawbreaker - all different sizes and colours. I then forgot about it and then the next day we had to go somewhere and on the way back home, my mum said "oh we need to pick up some milk for the house, let me just stop the car here to get some from this shop". My nephew was also in the car, he said "grandmaa i wanna come too" (bless him he's only 7). So they both went, I waited in the car. 5 minutes later my mum returns with the milk and my nephew too who had with him, what looked like, a small bag of sweets- and he said to me in the most sweetest and enthusaitic tone of voice: "im sure you will enjoy these!" - I was gob-smacked! he had in that bag the most wonderful selection of jawbreakers - all different sizes and colours- I thought WOW!!...this stuff just works!! and just confirmed for me the power of the universe and how it just knocks itself out to accommodate you and bring you things in your vibration.

I was thinking about a feather of a royal blue color.Did it manifest?No!That litttle stuff never manifests in my life!But I got a driftwood for the feather.Couple of days later I saw on tv a dog in royal blue color!Poor dog! rofl

Hey RnRG :wave: I just saw your purple VW bug. Not convertable but old style and as purple as the day is long. :lol: It says "Purple Haze" in bright pink lettering behind each rear window. Someone I work with (probably in another building) must be that happy person cruising along in that wicked rockin unique automobile! :lol:

I FOUND THE BLUE FEATHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I saw a feather in my flower bed just before i went into the house...it called me to pick it up though it was just a dull gray and I had really forgotten all about the blue feather thing and had not "tired" cause we have too few blue birds here I thought to find any such thing...

I picked up the feather...

BLL!! You just gave me an AHA! When this thread started I thought about blue feathers. I'd go outside at work where there are lots of birds (and feathers) but no blue ones. And I kept thinking, 'well, when I lived in Illinois and even on the east coast, there were lots of blue jays around. No blue jays here though, some Stellar's Jays in the mountains (blue feathers) but not down here on the front range, only scrub jays (grey).' I was focused on the lack of blue jays! Too funny. Thank you so much!! Now I feel like the Universe is laughing! Saying 'okay focus on the lack of blue jays if you want, but why not look at this wicked rockin purple VW!' rofl :kiss:

We went into the eclectic part of town and had lunch, did some window shopping and cruised around the art festival they were having. We hadn't gone into any shops, but Mom wanted to go into an Antique jewelry shop she had seen on the way to lunch. The only thing that caught my eye was some blue baubles in one case. I went over to look and the card said "Blue Kingfisher Feather Hair Ornaments, Qin Dynasty 1644-1911." rofl Then, when I got home, there was a feather (not a blue feather) on the floor in the family room right in front of my laptop. :scratch: I think the U is having a little bit of fun with me on this one. rofl

YES BLL!!! I am teaching myself! :meditate: That is what I feel. I had actually seen that purple VW bug the week before (same parking lot at work). But I talked myself out of it! After I read RnRG's post I told myself, "That wasn't really a purple VW bug, was it? It must have been something else. I couldn't have seen what RnRG wanted to see." The freekin' HOW is getting in my way! When I went over to the other building for the next weekly meeting, there it was - a wicked rocking PURPLE VW bug. And, as I posted before, NO blue jays down here on the front range. My logical mind says, "'HOW' can you see a blue feather where there are no blue birds??" If I knew, really trusted, I could manifest a blue feather in a nano-second, but, oh no, let's be logical. rofl OMG, I love this. I feel like I am expanding all over the place!!
At the Abraham Workshop in Denver last weekend, I had a major AHA. I created myself! In an interchange with a man who was very emotional he asked "Why did I come?" And Abe said, "It was the next logical step." There was a thought that was thought upon, and that thought was thought upon, which was thought upon, and then there was thought form... next logical step! I actually thought myself into being. So much power in that!
Sorry, I'm rambling. I just love the way the U has been working with my mind on this. Showing me, teaching me, guiding me, and of course having FUN with me. And I am part of that U.

I haven't gotten my jawbreaker yet... but I came close the other day. My sister handed me a big bubblegum ball when we were at the mall... The jawbreaker hasn't happened because I remember thinking thats gonna be a difficult one even tho I was guiding my thoughts. ;)

Oh cmon...I think that's close enough I would think.

I'dd have to do it with something else lol. In my room there's a boa ( uh a scarf thing) that exicts out of blue feathers and it now has spread feathers all over my room.

A month or so ago, I created this little nature area outside my large front Room window, just out, beyond my couch. I can't tell you (but I am telling you) just how much pleasure I have received, looking out, at all times of the day, to see what abundance of critters & birds, have gathered at my "all day" happy hour. It's like having my own portable Zoo. I simply can't remember, what it was like not to have it, to enjoy.

Well I have a gang of 5 Bright blue Scrub Jays that hang out, thuggin each other, all day long, for peanuts & seed. I have a thing for feathers anyway. So I said "hey, leave me some of your "feathers", I want some of your "blue, feathers".

A few days later, I found 3 blue feather's, all together, pushed down in a planter on my front steps. In a place I woulda had to have been right on top of to see. As I found myself, when I first spied them. My Landlady knowing I like feathers, just happen to find them & place them there, as a gift.

A few days later when I could thank her, she took me to where she had found them & found more. And placed 12 more in my clutches. As confirmed by her & the croaked "Blue one" she found, in her Cat's feasting chamber... Her Bath Tub! A co-creation between Bird & Cat, netted me, my Feathers.

And now weeks later, I seem to find another "Blue Feather" every few days. It's like "ok, all ready with the "Blue feathers". I have fun with the Universe, or is it the other way around.

On another "feather" related story. I saw a Hawk, circling above me one day. I yelled up "send me a feather". A small inch long, wisp of a thing came into focus, on it's way down. I said, that's chincy, I wanted a bigger one". I could almost tangibly hear "well you didn't ask for a big one".

That night I was at a manifesting class (of all place's) & told my story. The Woman who spoke after me said. "I found a Hawk feather in my Barn the other day &I wondered what to do with it, If you you give me, your address I will send it to you". It came, in perfect condition, carefully wrapped in beautiful, apricot tissue paper, right to my Mail box!

Our only job really is, just to ask. This force we're co-creating with is fast & swift, in equal measure to our allowing.
