I'm learning Spanish, oh yeah

I'm gonna be learning spanish

I'm anticipating such a good time

I always enjoy learning - its fun

and I have the best of the best - the pimsleur approach audios

I look forward to picking up words fast

and being able to pronounce them well

oh and I look forward to meeting people with whom I can have my sparkly new first conversations in spanish

I love learning languages, it opens up worlds

and I know I can pick up this easily - after all I already know three languages so well, and bits of so many more

oh and I'll enjoy all the conversations with the bonitas

I know that there is a me who already is proficient in speaking Spanish, I'm now becoming him that's all

Spanish is a great language, so easy on the ear

and its lovely that so many speak Spanish

and that its the defacto second language in America

I learn best when watching movies on that particular language.That's how I've learned german and english.Now I'm learning italian.

I think the best way to learn any foreign language is to talk to people that talk that language. Also watching Tv in that language or movies with subtitles.
I learned spanish like that. I have a lot of friends from Spain and Dominican Republic now:D Hehe...well also some from Argentina and Venezuela....


spanish is one of the sexyest languages...

Spanish is such a beautiful language. My husband speaks spanish, it is his primary language in fact. I used to have problems with speaking it but when I started listening to spanish music - well herein Texas they call it tejano music - then I started getting more confident with my words. I was really into Selena and other bands like La Mafia and Mas back in the 90s.

There was this one song by La Mafia called Vida -- it's so beautiful and at the time the translation was not out in English so I translated the whole song with my Dictionary of Spoken Spanish -- and I had to get a lot of help from my husband and his mother too to get it just right. I can still sing that song by heart because I love it so much and it's on my MP3 player too! If you get a chance to hear it you'll love it too.

Here are some lines from it -- it's one song that has always stayed with me.........

Where have I been??? I had not seen this thread, and it is so close to my heart... I also speak Spanish! :love:
It is my first language, although English is pretty much on its heels hehe...
AND I LOVE BOTH!!! :heart:
I want to also learn Italian, German, Portuguese (although I can understand about 70% of it, but speaking it takes a little longer :roll: ) and French... all of the Latin languages, which are the romance languages, are easy to learn once you know how to speak one of them, in my case Spanish.
Well, those are it for now, later I'll add some more! ^^
