And I do remember seeing your SOLD in some posts.

When I was selling my house in 2006, I visualized the SOLD sign and my husband and I standing next to it, while my agent took a picture of us.

The day we sold it our agent asked us if she could take a picture of us and the sign, and the picture turned out exactly as I imagined it. I think our agents were not very happy that hubbie and I were not jumping up and down after the sale, but we so *knew* that we were selling quick, that it was no surprise!
