Well I reach video 9 and wow! This is some higher level thoughts.. Bashars message is evolving too.. very interesting, I adore learning about how he sees things from his perspective. Its always such a broad knowingness... very interesting!

I am amazing! You know why? I was sitting with my kitties in my bedroom and had a Bashar feeling so I came online to this site. And bam! A whole new bunch of Bashar videos! I'm amazing! Thanks!

One thing that got clearer for me from this set of videos is that when I'm making a change, say choosing to be taller, that me at my perfect height already exists - has always. Now I'm simply changing my focus to that me. All possible configurations already exist, its simply a matter of tuning in to the frequency I prefer.

This is what makes it so effortless.
