I totally went above and beyond for someone. It felt really good. They have a handicapped child that needs some therapy. I found them a great short term rental right next to the children's center - all they have to do is walk across the street. Then the condo association needed to do their thing. Normally takes a minimum of a week to complete their background checks, credit, etc.
I told the condo manager we couldn't wait that long. I told her that this had to be done right away. I begged her to waive all of that as long as the owner approved. It was a MIRACLE!!! so I got all this done for them. Everything they wanted! They can move in tomorrow!!!!

Now they are telling me they can't get their funds. They are from Italy. They have to wait til Monday to come up with all the cash. But they want to move in tomorrow!! The lady from the center is telling me she won't give me anymore referrals unless I work out this out. Doesn't she see what a amazing job I have already done?????????????????????????????????????????????? ?????????????????????????????????????????????????

I'm really pissed. She knew the deal. They know I need $6000 to move in or they can't have the keys.

I want to see this work out for them. I want to hear them apologize to me.
I want to see that I went FAR BEYOND my duties to help them. I got them in the place in record time!!! It's their hold up with the money.

on the other hand I want to tell this lady from the center to FUCK OFF!!!!

well that felt good. I let it all go. I got mad and then released it. I decided I didn't care so much about the outcome. It didn't matter. Then I called the other agent to ask if they could move in tomorrow but pay the balance on Monday. She said YES!!!!!! These places are strict!!! They normally don't do this kind of thing at all. It's a fucking MIRACLE. Plus it made me look really good. :grin:

I knew this would happen. They didn't have their money today. The director will get funds out of her savings to pay the balance. I'm finding this all amusing... it's entertaining actually. Oh and I let her know what all I did to get this deal to go through. I let her know it's her problem Not mine. Bitches!

I got the money from the people today. The woman from center wanted to speak to me and asked me to sit down. I refused. she wanted to make sure that this kind of thing would not happen again!!!! so I let her have it!!! It was PRICELESS. It feels so good to let someone have it when they deserve it!!!!!!!
