My Dad is back bringing the usual showers of wellbeing with him
I learned that Barack Obama is officially the democratic candidate tonight because Dad loves to watch BBC
That was an interesting and good feeling thing to discover
Dad being around is tremendously comforting & he brought his good feeling girlfriend with him
She is so pretty
She is so caring, loving & sensitive
I love that Dad is back from Jamaica
It is so cool to have him here
I like that I feel exhilarated that he is back
Dad & I get along so well
He is so handsome & intelligent
I love that he bought a place over there
I feel so warm & fuzzy towards him right now
I am excited for when I get to go visit next time
I think it will be fun
I have to remember to take my computer & my mp3 player
I am so happy I bought those speakers that I can play all the stuff on my mp3 player out loud now
So I can take all my Abraham workshops & music & bashar workshops & really explore & enjoy
I can take a yoga class @ shakti
I can take some more clothes home
I can take my jamaican money & exchange it into tt dollars so that is more abundance for me
I can relax & meditate in the mountains
I can eat & sleep & take it easy
I think it will be fun :biggrin:
I am looking forward to visiting the house in the mountains

I love that I can mix my own wonderful concoction whenever I want
I love that they are so affordable
I love that they represent relief to me
Dr Bach is smiling down on me now
This world is so cool
I love that I can manifest so many soothing things
Life is one soothing downstream ride for me
Things just seem to get better and better and better
Contrast is a good thing when I can manage my gap
I have drawn to me so many resources to close the gap
I am feeling so strong, relaxed & self aware
Pizza tonight was yummy
Who knew cheese pizza would be so good
I am grateful that Dad's back

I love my purple water jug

I love that I found a forum where I can talk about the Bachelorette today

I love to see people purposefully reaching for the best in each other
Love is so intoxicating
Love is great cuz you focus the way Source focuses when you are in love

I love looking at someone & choosing the best of them to give my attention to
I am a lover
I am very confident that my next relationship is going to be delicious
In the meantime I get all of the fun of fantasizing
My fantasy's are so good
I can think about my honey till I get a warm/buzzing feeling in my heart
I know he is coming soon

I love the chow mein & chicken nuggets I had for lunch - so filling & delicious
Free lunch represents even more abundance
even more money for me
source is so clever
Source thinks of me always

I love that I feel so connected that I talk to Source in my mind
I love that I know that not only does Source hear what I say but responds cleverly, creatively & fully
Source is the most attentive being I have ever met
Its nice to have friends in non-physical
Makes me even more of who I am
I means I can be so specific & unique & at the same time be expanded
Its like based on what I choose to focus on I get a different feeling of the energy moving through me
its nice to manipulate that
its nice to feel high & fast & light
I like that I am feeling less & less limited & more & more free everyday
I like that this vibrational knowing permeates my being
I love not having to verbalize what I know anymore
I just get to know it & thats that
I love that I feel more aligned, more in tune every day
I love that I am here for myself first & foremost
I feel really at peace inside
I am really getting the hang of this deliberate creation thing
Life is fun when you know you are in charge
Possibilities open up that you would previously not have considered
Of course this makes for a faster ride - the faster ride is so great
Plus I LOVE picking & choosing what I want knowing that no matter what it is I can manifest it if I want to

So much delicious expansion is sort of washing through us
