Simplicity. That's my summary of Robert Young's teachings. It uses understanding from both Abraham and Matrix Energetics.
"Two ways you can live. Under the trampoline, or on top of the trampoline."
Key terms:
Play world: Physical reality.
World of the creator: Non-physical, source.
Key concepts:1. Existence. There are two worlds: the play world and the world of the creator. You get to choose to focus into one or the other.
2. The ocean analogy. Source is like an ocean. If you stand in the ocean and lift your arm up, and you pour acid on your head, you'll be protected. There's enough sea to wash it off. But if you step out on the beach, and you pour acid on yourself, it will damage you. There isn't enough ocean to wash it off.
When you're in the play world, you're no longer protected by Source. You can be screaming for help and Source can't come to you. The ocean cannot come to you on the beach. You have to step into the ocean.
3. Why use 10% of your brain? Humans use only about 10% of their brain. That's because our brain was designed for another purpose. We were designed for connecting to source. When we connect to source, 100% of our brain flips on.
4. Connecting to source. It only takes 0.2 seconds to -- step into the ocean -- to connect with source. You just make a decision: "I decide to connect to source with 100% of my brain". As you decide, you can feel as all areas of your brain switch on. You may recognize this as a pressure that builds up inside of your head.
5. The world and 2012. We are currently living in an environment where our connection is being challenged. Most are not capable of connecting to source, and staying connected all-the-time. Right now, we have to connect to source up to 5000 times a day.
As more and more people on our planet focus on the vibration of source, this will become easier. We won't be pulled into the play world so often.
This is the best time to be alive. You will get to be physically focused, while at the same time, focusing into the world of the creator. You get to enjoy the best of both worlds.
6. Connection and stability. Two types of people. One is like a spinning top, and the other is like a gyroscope.
If you spin a top, and you touch it while it's spinning, it will start to wobble all over the place before it falls over. This is like the person who connects to source, but doesn't have the confidence in their connection. Whenever something external happens, it pulls them back into the play world, and they lose that protection of source.
If you've ever seen a gyroscope, you know it has an internal motor. You can kick a gyroscope, and it will right itself up and keep going. Because the motor is protected, it won't be effected by the external reality. It has this internal engine that keeps feeding it energy. When you have that confident connection with source, nothing can severe that connection between you and source.
Humans have this internal engine. You just have to get it spinning again.
7. Don't ask how. Doubt is the most detrimental effect you can place on your connection to source. It will cause that separation. Then you will start asking "How can I connect to source?" And when you ask How, you are transferring your power externally, and now you can be controlled by others.
You don't have to ask How, because you already KNOW. It's like if I ask you right now, "Is there a front door on your house?" You don't have to think about it, you don't have to have faith that your door is there, you don't have to believe that it is there. You KNOW. "Yeah, of course it's there!"
In the same way, you Know how to do many things, like connect to source. It's a knowing that has been with you since before birth. You don't have to think about it, you just do it.
And in case you're having trouble, here's how it works.
First, recognize that you know it is possible. Second, recognize you know that you know. And that is enough.
