Mastery as I understand it

I want to use this thread to post my understanding of truth and of tools to live it out.

I can sense this will add unto my clarity through the very process of verbalizing,
expressing clearly what I've come to understand through a variety of sources
and experiences.

I am.

I exist. I am eternal, for I always am.

I am the field of all possibilities

I am free. I have the power to create anything at all within my consciousness.

Consciousness is a word used to describe me and my awareness of me.

Everything that exists, I have created, and exists within me.

I am creator. I am the space. I am the created.

I created this universe. I created this planet. I created everything.

Everything that happens, happens now.

I would like further clarity on this.

Everything you have written on here is also my truth, what I have come to understand. The Universe is all contained in the consciousness that I am. And, of course, everything in it I have created and everything is me. All that is, is me!

There is only this eternal moment, everything is happening this very moment. The past, the present and the future are all being created this very moment.... so, really, there's no past or future... only this moment!

Time is an illusion, but we have come to believe in it so that it can give us a feeling of continuity, but the truth is (at least mine,) everything is happening simultaneously this very moment.

(This is what I'm understanding, but I'm open for more expansion still =D) :mrgreen:

What your wrote inspired me to consider how I define Time - and to me its about access.
With my physical focus I have things I label the past and future, neither of which I have access to now.

But in my wholeness I have access to any past, and any future - because if it didn't exist,
the moment I considered it, it would come into being. So the whole concept of time dissolves.

I too am open to greater clarity!

My emotions in the now are indicators of my state of being.

The better I'm feeling now, the more whole I am now. The more of my truth I am living out now.
The more of me I'm allowing to flow through this physical vessel.

I chose to create this physical body-mind and perceive my universe through it.

My physical senses add unto my perception. My physical body-mind is meant to
receive and perceive that which I conceive.

In plain words, as a physical focussed consciousness my job is to relax, and
enjoy what's happening.

I create because it is my nature to create.

It is my nature to be deliberate. It is my nature to think. It is my nature to expand that which I am.

As I create I enjoy my energy flowing. As a physical focussed consciousness I perceive this energy flow as appreciation, passion, vitality, excitement, eagerness, zest, love, empowerment, waves of energy coursing my body, pleasurable tingling, arousal and a wide variety of such emotions and physical sensations.

First I shift my state of being, then my reality shifts.


I can choose to shift my state of being to anything at all, for its own sake without needing a reason.

As I shift my state of being, my reality begins to mirror that shift. There may be a brief period of time where even after I've shifted my state of being my reality remains the same. This is time to respond to the still same reality in my newly chosen way, as I do that my reality infallibly shifts.

Life is play. All That Is, exists for entertainment purposes only.

The energy of playfulness, of seeing all of physical reality as virtual reality for entertainment, helps significantly in raising one's vibration, making changes smooth.

All is made of the same essence, energy, and molded in the same way, through thought.


There is no limit to the amount of energy, there are no rules on how we may shape ourselves.
