View Full Version : Manifesting fault-finders. what am i vibrating?

I have been at work for a month and there are two irritating people I have met who are constantly finding fault with me and reporting it to the big boss.
The big boss doesn't seem to care and the fault-finding is minor (mostly because I am still learning the ropes and not owing to incompetence)....but from an academic stand-point, I want to know what I am doing to manifest these two.
I personally am not feeling threatened by them. I live in an all is well universe. I am also realizing that they are probably insecure.
My question though is what am I vibrating that attracts these people into my surroundings? I don't want to be a vibrational match to fault-finders.
If I know, i can clean up my vibration.
Thanks :heart::heart:

Hi Fresh,
Cleaning up your vibration always comes from one primary act, and that is to find better feeling thoughts. I could tell you that finding better feeling thoughts is really the focal point of the Abraham teachings.
It's common to examine our issues, and I think this occurs frequently for many who study these teachings, but this is only Step One of the Deliberate Creation process, which is the Asking phase of Why. The next two steps require you to allow, which is to know the answer of Why will come, once you become a vibrational match to it. And this always requires you to find better feeling thoughts.
If you have the Ask And Is Given book, you may want to check out the Book of Positive Aspects (BOPA), listed in the processes. It is a technique where you write in a notebook, a list of positive things you believe, and that you can focus on. This process is useful in that is allows you to see others, who trigger issues inside of you, from a different perspective. In time, probably just 30 days, you'll notice as you do the BOPA, you'll be less reactionary around people that once triggered an issue, and just be more allowing of who they are.
Here is a link about the BOPA off the internet:
http://74.125.113.132/search?q=cache:Cw0xK009nFQJ:files.meetup.com/440975/Book%2520of%2520Positive%2520Aspects.doc+book+of+p ositive+aspects&cd=2&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=us
You may also want to spend more time writing in your Book of Positive Aspects then writing about your situation on the internet. I say this only because writing about your problem only keeps you stuck in your story, and as you've often heard before from others who study the Abraham teachings, you need to tell a different story, and not so much write about your current story.
You'll find the Book of Positive Aspects useful in helping you create a different story.

which is to know the answer of Why will come, once you become a vibrational match to it.
What does this mean? The answer will come when I become a vibrational match to it?
Isn't it the other way around -- that I identify the vibration, then I clean it up, then I allow the solution because I have become a vibrational match to the soln (in this case no fault-finding) ?

I guess my question was "what is the name of the vibration" that makes me manifest fault-finders ?
But I suddenly realized that I am not in the vortex when asking this question.
I know in the vortex these people would not be "fault finders"...but instead "people who provide me feedback to expand" They are my friends!

Your work isn't really to identify the problem. This is like spending hours and hours in therapy explaining your problems and getting no results, as the therapy bills pile up, and you've still got problems.
Talking about the problem only activates it more.
if you feel bad, then that's enough, where your Emotional Guidance has kicked in. Your work now -and always will be - is to find ways to feel better.

Stop looking for things to be worried about!
You know Mr. Skubber -- I think this particular one is the vibration I carry -- it is universal and floods through everything I do and every thought I think.
For the first time in my life, things are going so right for me on all fronts that I'm stunned. I think I just can't believe it. I keep waiting for the other shoe to drop and the thought is "It's too good to be true".
Good to know this! It's not independent issues really -- this is the one "parent vibration" of all the questions I ask right now.
I am worried that things will regress into past patterns.
Thank you very much !! This identified it perfectly :joylick::joylick:

Okay I just have to say Skibby-man YOU ROCK!
Great advice for FB (who I think can't go through an entire week without asking questions (okay, that's a little challenge)) - who is brilliant and articulate and KNOWS this stuff!!
Quit looking for things to worry about.
AND
STOP giving a shit what anyone else is thinking, doing, saying, blah blah blah.

Steve and Skibby - awesome posts!
FB - here's an Abe quote I just came across cleaning out my inbox that seemed appropriate.
"If someone is criticizing you, it's not because what you're doing is wrong. It's because you're second-guessing yourself. You've got your vibration split all over the place. In other words, we want to submit to you that this crisis is not about somebody else wanting you to be different than you're being. It's about you not being in alignment with the strongest part of yourself, and you're just using that person as the excuse for the discord."

You are deeply appreciated. Your clarity is inspiring.

Maraming salamat po Alexus. :)
We all go through contrast Me, you, Fresh and
every Aber out there, but we can always work to feel better
to move back into the vortex.
I appreciate your reply. I've always admired your honesty
in your posts. You say things to the point - cut to the chase -
and say it. If an issue is bugging others - we don't have to sugar
coat our annoyance - instead we just need to speak our minds
and say what we really mean. Nothing like cutting to the bullshit (grin).
And you get people back on track.
Thanks Alexus.

Dear all,
I zoomed through the forum this morning and saw this thread started by Fresh Beginnings (FB), so I dashed off an email to her about what I felt was causing her "manifesting fault finders" at work vibe. I didn't have time to write a post until now.
FB emailed me back and agree, "that's it," and asked me to post our conclusion (below) when I had time. FB is going out of town for a week and she doesn't expect to have access to computers in a rural area, she said.
The background on this is that Fresh Beginning's and I have been posting and emailing a lot about her desire to reverse a work problem in the past that ripples through her work now.
Her first small issue was people at work giving her extra work, then that unfolded to reveal more. FB is having an Abe awakening and she resonates with several insights relating to Abe guidance and false premises in this primary work issue. In her excitement that she "gets it" now, she has continued to asked all types of other questions about other desires and solutions around this forum, always inviting people to tell her what to do.
I'd noted how she's been asking and asking and not stopping with the questions, including a new venture on how to manifest money. I said it looked to me like she's in an extreme self-improvement mode. She is unintentionally vibing FIX ME, ADJUST ME, CHECK ME - FIND FAULT - in her efforts to improve herself.
So, because of this constant self-improvement vibe FB is sending out, people are work are more than obliging to "fault find" with her in their own ways.
I added to FB, "You might be doing too much "self improvement" at once before you're getting centered on the work issue and you're vibing "how can I improve myself?" to the world. So people at work are adding their 2 cents."
In my email I suggested that, to end this vibe, she focus and do things one at a time - or close to one at a time - roughly in this order (with a few edits here for clarity) ...
"In a nutshell, 1) get in the vortex and focus on one issue at a time - 2) love yourself, 3) forget the past, 4) quit vibing extra work (which will balance when you love yourself more), 5) expect people to treat you fairly at work (this is a biggie), and 6) then manifest money later. The job will take care of some of the money and think how happy you are to have the job you have!"
Basically, FB has learned numerous things, but she hasn't stopped asking questions long enough to line up with the changes she has decided she wants to make. (I think, that's also why the universe is sending her to a rural place for a week, where she says there is NO INTERNET ACCESS!)
HERE IS FRESH BEGINNINGS' REPLY TO MY EMAIL, WHICH SHE ASKED ME TO POST HERE ..
Yes!! that is what it is -- self improvement vibe ...
Yes, I think one step at a time is great advice!! Just brilliant.
I have finally, after a long time found work I enjoy (content). So I am going to focus on enjoying that.
Now I am going to work on my fairness vibe (and not shortchange vibe)
Then, later on, I will focus on the money.
I like the step by step approach.
Do post your advice on the forum too, because I suspect there are lots of people who try to do everything together. This "one vibration at a time" concept is fabulous.
You take care. . I will miss you.
Fresh Beginnings
So, it should be very exciting for all of us who have developed a relationship with FB to see what 1 week of contemplating all the great information many people in this forum already gave her will do for her beautiful expansion!
It's truly fabulous to see FB so excited about the wonders of it all.
From FB, thanks to everyone who helped.

Shelle, Hi -- thanks for the quote. I have read it three times over and over again and I don't understand some parts of it.
Is it that the name of the vibration is "second-guessing" myself so I attract fault-finders?
And if I don't "second guess" and offer the vibration of "SURE OF MYSELF" then there wont be any fault-finders?
And what does the 'strongest part of myself' mean?
Sorry for more questions :p

OMG, she's doing it again!
roflroflroflroflroflroflrofl
Get going on your trip, FB!
But I KNOW you have to get another answer until you actually decide you really want to start focusing.
Second-guessing yourself is the same as the fix me/find fault with me mode you've been in on your self-improvement quest. I guess that's an American expression. (FB is in India.)
You'll find the "strongest part of yourself" when you settle down and FOCUS and GET IN THE VORTEX. (You know, step 1.)
Go on your trip. The universe is sending you to a rural area so you can contemplate all the wonderful things you ALREADY know, FB!
Relax, have a wonderful trip and FOCUS on the wonderful you! :D
