I found a Bashar video on youtube and took some notes I thought I'd share. Here's the video if you want to check it out:

YouTube- Broadcast Yourself.

Bashar Notes:
As I change myself, I change the world/my world. Physical reality is a mirror of my strongest thoughts/beliefs. When you know that, then you can use the reflection as a feedback system to see what you are believing and decide if you like that or if you want to believe something else.

It must be an unconditional change.

Can't be, "I will change IF this happens" because then you are saying the power comes from the outside.

Change and behave differently than before even if the outside reflection is still the same. When you can do that, then you have really changed. And when you have really changed, then the outside must change.

If you do it to get the change, you short circuit because you are making it conditional and it cannot happen.
_______

I think I have been trying to change conditionally. Like, not just doing it for the joy of it, but more for doing it because of this thing I want. The conditional change is kinda what Abraham says about "keeping score too soon." I change for a bit then I look around and it is not changed yet and I don't feel so good. I like what Bashar is saying, REALLY change, meaning you change how you respond to the outside no matter what the outside is, and once you can do that, you are really changed and then the universe must change because it is who you are. The universe is matching you rather than you trying to feel good for a bit, get a change outside of you, and then match that outside change. Or something. We have all the power. Woohoo!

Love and more love, my friends!

Here's another great Bashar video on the same topic. It's part of a series of videos, so you may have to go back through to find the first one but this has been one of the best ones to me thus far.

YouTube- Broadcast Yourself.

Bashar notes
Circumstances don't matter. Only state of being matters.

Love ya!

Ohhhhhhhhhhhh! Beauuuuuuuuuuuutiful Anna!

This is excellent stuff!j The second video so clearly explains the value of seeing a circumstance through the "eyes" of Inner Being!'

"Circumstances don't matter!
Only State of Being creates matter! (i.e. circumstances)

Thanks for posting the videos Anna!

Like you, it took me a while to realize that I want to feel good because it feels so good to feel good...not because I want to get "something"...just for the heck of feeling good NOW.

Thanks fort he reminder.

Thanks for sharing this Anna. I love the mirror analogy ever since reading about it in another thread it has really been hitting home and what you have shared about change fits it perfectly. I think you just have to smile and keep smiling until you realise that the reflection in the mirror is smiling too.

I didn't realise just how effective being in a positive mindset can be. I've been going through the releasing of a relationship and I just inteded that it would be painless and focused on moving up the scale. This doesn't mean that I was floating about blissing the whole time but I was deliberately staying in the feeling place of what I wanted i.e. smiling at the mirror. I'd get weepy and start to cry and then find something to smile about and move up the scale. I'd listen to a song that may not have been the most positive but from where it was felt downstream and let myself cry ( Mika - Happy Ending) over and over again until I moved up the scale and the song didn't make me cry, I was actually singing loudly and smiling. Wherever I found myself on the scale I would move up and on and on until finally I just felt a shift and the reflection in the mirror began to smile too.

My point is the change does not have to be dramatic and permanent, you don't have to be at Joy the whole time, you just have to decide to feel good no matter what and keep doing that. It took me two days to get to the point where the Universe smiled back. I didn't expect it to happen so fast but I expected it to happen eventually and stood in the expectation of that and lived that to the best of my ability and it happened even better than I would have imagined.

This stuff is pure gold and I love that it is out there and coming to us from so many teachers who provide so many wonderful angles to view it from. Thanks again for sharing this Anna.

I loved it.
