Hi All,
Today, I was thankful for the Travel Bubble that is around me and my truck.
I had left work and was driving home. I pulled into the center turn lane. The South has these center turn lanes. I drove just a bit on it, then stopped. A moment later a big semi-truck crossed over the double lines, heading right for me. The lane on my left, was full of cars, I moved over a bit, and then the semi, pulled back over into his proper lane. It was a very scary few seconds there.
So, I pulled into the near left lane, when i was able to. Because of cars coming in the far left, I couldn't pull into that immediately. Finally, when I could, I saw a car behind me, with the police following it, lights on. I then stopped at a red light. The car they were persuing pulled out of traffic, and into a parking area, just as the light turned green. That was also scary. I have some stories about my experiences with seeing the police. I'll tell those stories in a few moments.
However, today I am grateful for my Travel Bubble. :D :pray:
