Hi,

This site is a romp! I've been watching it off and on. Earlier today, I couldn't get onto the AbeForum, so I thought it was time to sign up on AbeTalk. (The AbeForum just now came back up, I guess.)

Did anyone else have trouble getting into the AbeForum for a few hours today?

Hello and welcome. You are certain to enjoy your experience here -- this is a rompy group of vibrational souls who love to skate on the leading edge...

Actually, it's completely your vibration. Because whenever I want to go on theabeforum, I always get on. I have no resistance to that place. So, we each experience a different reality.

None-the-less...

:welcome:

Have fun

So here's the question then: does it mean she's no longer a vibrational match to the place, and that's a sign? Or does it mean she's resistant to the place and therefore when she goes to log in she can't.

Chewing on this... it's splitting vibrational hairs, I suppose... but they are two different things.

Who knows, it's her vibration. Just stop doing what isn't aligned with you, and do the stuff that gives you pleasure. Follow your highest joy

In this rage, if the abeforum were an actual physical building, I would gleefully torch it---but only if I was certain J&D and their helpful wittle teacher's pets were in it.

Ah, the flames! The flames! The screams of agonizing deaths!! The smell of burning flesh!!

I am beginning to rise off this chair as I whirl in blissful hatefulness!!

Pushing Pushing Pushing against....until my arms break off!!

Mwhahahahahahahah!!!!!:facelol:

hahaha :facelol: XD more power to you, Skibbington! :namaste:

And welcome to you, LOAlola9 :)

Cool that you made it to our amazing paradise. :namaste:

Thank you all for your enlightened and crazy views of logging into AbeForum. In fact, oh wise and humorous 11:11 (and I do read your stuff and remember it), I too could get on when it was crashed. In fact, once I was one of only 2 who could get on. You must have been the other one! I notice you on many sites, first because I love cats (and have 1). The 2nd reason varies. :facelol:
I've been feeling so great for about a month. You can't get me down. But I must say, wasn't that KEY person just frightful! XD
Glad to be here!
Love most all of you - so far!

Before 11:11 jumps in and points out that cyberspace isn't in the fizzical, I just want to say, I really like that word. I also like your avatar and I like that Jen's avator is also a cat. I actually love 11:11 too - so 11:11 don't dissect me anymore until you know me better! :facelol:
I'm going to jump off this introductory path and go find questions of the universe to ask on some other thread. I don't want to tie this introductory forum up for newbies.
You all are wonderful and, of course, a little frightening because I've read most of you before! :facelol:
Thanks for the welcome!!!!!!!

Hi LOA Lola, and welcome!

I'm glad I apparently get instant Brownie Points for my cat avatar ^^ . I too love cats. And yes, I couldn't get onto theabeforum earlier today either, but now it's working for me.

You crazy? I have nothing else to do. And when people tell me not to do something, I just feel like doing it even more. You're dealing with rebel energy here.

Thank you fellow AbeForum friends. I recognize your names!

Thank you for that dessert?? Inherview, which looks both tempting and revolting at the same time. I'll have to look up what poutine gravy is! Sounds like a Cajun word to me! But I'll try it, either way! It's on my list now!

Blissful Creator, thanks for another cat streaming into my life! I'm trying to start a zoo in my house I think. Also thanks for letting me know the AbeForum was down earlier! That apparently was such a hard, linear question to all the spiritual floaters on this site. :facelol:

I also have a dog and a fish, but cats are the most highly evolved species next to primates! :D

Thanks for the many wonderful welcomes!! I'll try to think of some juicy questions in the next few days because I know how you all mostly get off on those.

Love to most of you!!!

I was right, poutine gravy is both tempting and revolting! And I will try it someday! :p

Poutine (Quebec French) is a dish consisting of French fries topped with fresh cheese curds, covered with brown gravy and sometimes additional ingredients.

Poutine is a diner staple which originated in Quebec and can now be found across Canada. It is sold by both fast food chains (such as New York Fries, Harvey's, Ed's Subs), in small "greasy spoon" type diners and pubs, as well as by roadside chip wagons. International chains like McDonald's, KFC and Burger King also sell mass-produced poutine.XD Along with fries and pizza, poutine is a very common dish sold and eaten in high school cafeterias in various parts of Canada.

Hi, Dawn!
Can someone tell me how to add a photo to my avatar photo? I've tried about 65 times (or at least 5) and it won't work. Apparently am too computer illiterate!
Thanks!

Lola, you have to upload an "avatar picture", not a profile pic. Your profile pic is already up, but the avatar is the one that you see once you post.

Hot pic, by the way!

Just follow the same instructions as above, but instead of prof pic, go to avatar pic. That's it.

And welcome!

Is my avatar photo my photo? Is your name even a name, what does it mean?
We're all illusions here, perhaps accurate, perhaps not. I see Izzy changed her photo since she helped me mount mine. Mount mine. Hmmmmmm ... Funny!

You all are so interesting! Also, thank you for your continuing welcomes!
Yes, it's easier to say 'no,' but not as much fun!
My avatar is not exactly my vibe, I've noticed that, too. Sometimes, when I'm fooling around with posts, I think of my avatar and I answer a little how I think she'd answer instead of how I'd answer today. The photo carries a vibration of its own I think!
For example, someone had a jealousy question last night. I find jealousy to be just about the most destructive emotion we can allow and it's one of the first we should overcome. So, I don't have the spiritual patience I should to help someone work through a jealousy rage. So I let my photo's image answer that question in the way I thought it would; I basically copped out on taking someone through the spiritual steps I know now. I also was tired and it was past my bedtime. The avatar was right about jealousy, but it wasn't Abelike advice. It was worldly advice. :-)
If males don't think my avator photo and I vibe the same, there's a very good reason for that. I think I see the photo differently than Adal de Leon and Skibby do, so that explains the disconnect. She's my avatar, so she's whoever I wish her to be! :-) Now that's the fun part! I recommend everyone get a good photo as their avatar because it reminds us of that in ourselves!

On the same subject, Skibby, your posts are a little rabbit like. Don't you think your avatar affects you, too? Certainly, your humor and perspective in this forum runs a little bit more Bugs Bunny than I bet you really are.

I chose my avatar as a matter of privacy. Duh! This is the WORLD WIDE web! I'm not trying to hide how I look. I'm a bit past my prime, but I looked pretty great not too long ago, by the way. To each his or her own, but I like privacy and I don't want to find dates online, either. This is the first time I've blogged anywhere and I'm here for spiritual pursuits. ^^
Ponce de Leon (which is close to your name and easier to remember), we really can't see you behind those shades anyway!
I love my avatar and she stays!

Lola,

It's true, when posting in cyber-space, we can be anything we want to be. Yet, it is all about vibes.....even thru the computer screen. Avatars don't matter. Screen names don't matter. Words don't even matter....it's all about VIBES!

Men can post as women, shy women can post as hot bitches, old men can post as 14 year old girls....yet, it IS all about the VIBES!

Trusting my vibes,
Flo

Flo,
Excellent points. I never dreamed I'd be in a spiritual discussion about a hot photo with attitude. My avatar I'd say is my humor vibe. I like rather outrageous humor now and then, which this forum is known for. She also has a sexual vibe, which I've used in humorous ways. It's all fun!!!!
I came here because many of the regular posters are fun and outrageous. It gets a little upstream that some spiritual sites seem too heavy most of the time. I don't feel like being a spiritual guru every second and, clearly, most of you don't either. But I like to be with your spirits and I like to come to my spirit friends when I do have a serious question, or when they have one. I just don't find my avatar to be a serious question. I did it for fun! It's for fun! It's my fun vibe!!! It's all good!
LOVE, :heart::heart::heart::heart::heart::heart:
