Lumpia: Lumpia are pastries of the Philippines and Indonesia of Chinese origin and are similar to spring rolls (wikipedia)

The story behind it is, way back when abetalk had another format, we used to have a chat at the bottom of the page. It was called the Leading Edge. We played there for HOURS at a time, got drunk there, shared personal experiences there, but most of all, we laughed our little asses off.

As in the threads, we always went off topic and sometimes the screen was hard to read because it's hard to read when you are crying from laughter.

One day, Steve (attractor factor, who is of phillipino origins) mentioned the word lumpia, and it all went down from there...all kinds of associations were made from the word, and the pink dipping sauce that accompanies lumpia just topped it. We had lots of fun.

So, from time to time, Flo, you will see different words that we've made up as time goes. Sofa King was another signature expression. Or the speaking in website lingo, like: ilovethisforumsomuchicantstaywayfromit.com

Anyway, now you know what lumpia is. /thread jack ]

Do we want to change reality, or do we want to embrace it? Relaity is life. Reality is our gift. Don't we want to take it?

We are freedom, and love, we are Abraham! Abetalk is a home for allowers, and those who want to be allowed. All feelings are allowed here, and that is what we humans need! A place to BE! And be reminded of the Perfection in Who We Are at any moment, not censured. Everything in existance has got it's Divine Right to Be, including every emotion and anything we need to share! Well this is the place. The Abe Forum might be a place to talk about the Abraham Teachings, and the Workshops and Cruises, but Abetalk is a place for Us... That is the difference, I think. And We, as Abe lovers, we apply the teachings, by allowing each other to express!! We play in the kitchen together, sometimes throw food at each other, sometimes lick it off each other, and each one makes their own pie....
