EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique is easy and it feels good. You tap various meridian points on the body as your release negative emotion and invoke positive emotion. I found this great video for the morning: YouTube- Tap O' the Mornin' with Brad Yates - EFT called Tap of the Mornin' with Brad Yates who leads you through a 7 minute positive process. He is a Law of Attracton kind of guy. You do what he does. If you want to go deeper into how to do EFT, try the introduction videos at tapping.com which are excellent and more detailed.
I wanted to share these great resources because they make me feel so good!

I LOVE EFT too. I use it often. It really does help to just naturally raise your vibration.

Cool story 11:11! EFT does work wonders! Thanks for sharing! I'm curious... Do you excuse yourself from the poker game and go somewhere private to tap? Or do you tap as discreetly as possible while sitting at the table? I've tapped in public at times and feel a bit silly about it.

I am inspired by your poker playing. It sounds like lots of fun. It also sounds like ground for practicing keeping a good vibe about money and that must be valuable and instructive. Vibrational training ground-the casino!
Wishing you bigger and bigger wins and more and more joy in the process.
When can we see your icon with the gold chains and big dollar sign encrusted with diamonds plus a very hip looking baseball cap and sunglasses? Just kidding...

Hi Shannon, thanks for posting this. I never used EFT, but I read some things about it, and would like to try it sometime. Thanks for bringing it back into my attention!
Much love

Paul McKenna uses this technique to help with emotional eating as well. I haven't quite got it down yet. I think I could use it for a lot of things--my eating, taking tests in school, etc.
