View Full Version : Speaking the whole truth - works wonders for me

Hey dear ones,

I've noticed that the simple practice of speaking my whole truth gets me flowing, and automatically drops the oars.

E.g.: I gave in to an impulse that is not congruent with my decision, and am feeling bad about it. Even as this is playing out within me - I introduced a few simple statements.

All is Well (Which is always true, whatever is happening is only paving the way for evolution)

I am truly loved (Which is also true, Love energy is flowing to me unconditionally always)

And that's it, I found my heart almost instantaneously opening up and transmuting the emotions - sure felt great.

More statements I use -

I accept myself just as I am (I do, whatever I'm creating for myself its OK)

This is a gift of love - I can learn from it (Again true, everything that comes into our stream, we have attracted and can benefit us)

I love myself unconditionally (I am love energy - I only know how to love)

All of this is just a game (true - Life is For Entertainment Purposes only. )

This simple practice of knowing that while what's going on is true, these eternal truths are also valid - really helps me connect with my wholeness and accept what is.

Stunningly simple, stunningly effective.

In Love,
Rewa

Rewa, thank you VERY much for these. Respect! You the Master!
But then I created you too, so I must be the Master too.
Ah! Master-Me rofl

Oh my! This is like the ultimate win-win for all of us.

I'm printing them out and putting them on my wall, and thinking "Do I want to add any?"
And just one more comes to mind:

I'm in complete control of all this - no effort required to stay in control (I am the creator of my entire Reality Experience, and I DO know exactly what I'm doing (and creating). Even though I play the game of not being so consciously aware of it, the unfoldment is perfect - I will always know what to do and where to be without 'trying' to get it right)

Yes, Stunningly simple, stunningly effective!

Visiting the forum after a week!

I really like this one John. This is something I've been learning last week - felt overwhelmed, then my guides told me that the only reason was in the awareness of what was not to my liking, I was trying to
fix it. In not trying to control those things, in seeing it all as part of my wholeness my freedom.

It is especially fun when people have to stop mid-sentence because I've made an internal energy shift. They look at me, I look at them - What just happened?

For me it depends on company. With my family I get into twouble in no time, saying something that is truthful to me. So I just go along saying yes, yes, agreeing....I think it also depends with person's allignment with speaking truth. Alligned or not, is the question. On the other hand I am known to some to be pretty blatant ("I can't believe she said that").

Rewa, I'd say you have energy lined up when it comes to speaking truth...

When you allow yourself to get into that trouble you come out of it more, you learn from it.
When you compromise yourself for the sake of avoiding pain, you diminish yourself.

I had a very difficult situation with my parents too, but allowing myself to go through it all - being fully me - I cannot begin to describe the feeling of satisfaction, I look at myself with so much respect for doing that.

Love,
Osho
