Key terms:

Focus: the thought you are thinking right now.

Negative focus: thinking a thought that is the opposite of what you want. Thinking about what you don't want to experience.
Positive focus: thinking about what you do want to experience.

Emotion: an indicator of the thoughts you're thinking.

Positive emotion: you are thinking thoughts that are aligned with your request.
Negative emotion: you are thinking thoughts that are contradicting your request.

Manifestation: when a thought you were thinking takes form in your physical reality. It is when something you wanted becomes real.
Creative process:

Ask - What is it that you really want? When you have an experience that causes you discomfort, you send out a request to the universe for a better experience. This step happens automatically as you go about your day. But the important part is being sure in your request. Don't second guess, don't doubt - allow yourself to decide what you really want. Affirm what it is that you expect from life.
Believe - Get yourself into a state of being where you know what you want is possible. Feel that you are worthy, deserving, and capable of handling this manifestation.
Receive - Expect your request to manifest - act as if it has already happened. Be in a state of appreciation - feel good - that it is already here. When the opportunity shows up, take the inspired action. This step is about being in alignment with your intention and not resisting it with contradictory thoughts.
