My experience at the Matrix Energetics workshop

I spent the day with the matrix group here in Minneapolis today.

I am extremely buzzed, and past out most of the day. I wanted to write briefly about a few things I noticed.

Most noticeable feeling I have is LOVE!!!! I feel so intensely loved. I went alone, yet all the people i met felt like family. I sat next to these 3 ladies, 2 who knew each other, the 3rd a stranger like me, and it felt/looked like we had all grown up around each other.

I am naturally a touchy person, who those i allow in my inner circle. I can be a bit distant with strangers. Within minutes of meeting, I was touching them, wrapping my arm around them, totally like a family member comfort level.

I have no idea what the workshop was about.
I fell into a trance quickly in the morning.
My new family member sitting by me, massaged me, and I was out.

Not sure what what we learned in the am session.

At lunch, I sat next to this very intelligent, yet so Humble man who is chiropractor.
He and his wife are Interns, so I was asking him about his ME experience.

I had heard Minneapolis had 1/3 of people than Seattle.
I wanted his opinion of, if smaller has stronger or less energy than a larger meeting.

He said the most wonderful things to me.
He would not answer my question. He said to label one as better, etc, felt like a judgment and it put it into a box. He said he would rather notice what he loves about ME and not notice/judge the details of how it shows up.

I was so impressed. I had no idea my question was labeling, or forming a possible judgment. It really open my eyes to the idea of only noticing what you like, and no need to compare, or evaluate.

Then someone at our table was talking about how they might use ME. Again this humble man made a beautiful statement. He said it is nice just to allow it to show up. No need to try and bring it to a career, or assume it would be go for X, but instead, just allow ME to show up as it is, notice how you feel, if you like it, then take it from there.

Second half of day was similar. The buzz of room grew. We practiced 2-pointing and time travel. I was knocked out most of that session too.

All and all, I don't have anything to teach, as I don't have a clue what I learned. The best part of it, I don't care. I feel completely fulfilled.

I remember reading on one of the threads in Seattle, that someone wanted to hear the word Apple, and that meant that person's presence was there (something like that?)

It seem like the time travel was easier for people to do and respond to.
Did you have that experience?

They encouraged us to do ME with as many different people during seminar, so we would expand our field of more options.

Dr B, said his next book out, is really like a level 8 book, instead of level 2 book. He mentioned he read 140 books for research, and the book is fully loaded and will knock us out.

I loved the comments about
Research versus Search

He mentioned most people, re-do, or re-say other people's original work.
They call it research, but it is not really research, it is regurgitating.

He encouraged us all to Search for Original ideas, thoughts etc
He mentioned he believes we are behind the times of what we could be because we are not being original. He talked how the more people sincerely know, that they know, no thing, the bigger the field is getting and how we can keep expanding and making huge change instantly.

Too cool! Thanks for posting Playful. I'll be going to the San Fran workshop at the end of October (on Halloween no less!). I'll be going by myself so this sounds great! Like Nancy said - your post has freed me somehow. I can release my expectations. Even if I doze through the whole thing - that will be perfect for me.

Yes, anything goes! I sat in chair and rolled in circles for a bit, I laid on the person next to me shoulders for awhile, i fell over the chair, head between legs for a bit, I sat on chair and put my legs on my 2 seat mates, they wanted to massage my legs and toes.
2 of the ladies, that felt like my family, just kept touching, loving, hugging me....it was so easy!

I also went and laid on the floor for a long time.

I felt zero, zip judgments. It felt like, every one was in their own bubble and whoever you are, can authentically show up.

I did have a great experience i just remembered.

One of the girls I 2 pointed, made comment about...
"that felt good to laugh, I never laugh" she said.

"Never?" i screamed. (all dramatic)

then i pretended i was a plumber and i had a wretch and jerk and jerked and jerked
then pretended the value finally budged and started to twist loose

she just bursted giggling, giggling, giggling, giggling
tears rolling down her face

it was like, wow!!!!!

her whole energy went from more serious that morning, to all afternoon, just giggling and playful!! it felt like such a gift to get to be apart of her happiness!

No shoulds. If its not calling you then let it go. Took me a long time to give up on the "shoulds" and just trust my own inner nudgings and my own inner curiousity. Life is much easier this way. :grin:

I intentionally took all the forum players with me, put you all in a ball ( you looked squished together and the more squished you were, the more you were laughing....u all really like being together)
I took you in workshop room
dropped you and kicked you high up to ceiling, I saw ball go up to high ceiling, then I let it go..........

Yesterday Dr B made a comment about the tradional way we learn. Then he explained matrix teaches advanced stuff first, then works backwards.
He said he encodes the stories with teaching tools.
He said he repeats some of stories in each workshop as they are encoded with useful stuff, so that is one of the way he is teaching.

I was thinking about how even though i don't have words to describe what the workshop is, somehow, it feels right.
It made me think....
traditional teaching method use logic
for example
2 (draw 2 items) + 2 (draw 2 items) = 4
we can see and digest that formula....it makes sense, so we can buy it

we think learning, is suppose to make sense
even if subject is tooo deep
we can at least measure it with a formula

so now, here we have ME, where there is no rhyme or reason
and the less we think, the less we do, the more powerful the results are!

This am we did arch types.
I thought this was the easiest of all the teaching techniques.
The object is to play and ask open ended questions.

one idea i really like, one of the teachers, Reggie, says her office has photos of arch types.
1) photo of ME logo, 2) photo of super hero 3) other photos are her wall (she didn't say each photo)
when she is 2 pointed she asks the question which arch type would be useful here? she allows her finger to point around the room and she stops at whatever one she feels made a shift.

i like the question, if something unusual or perhaps even scary looking shows up, just ask, what would be useful about you? how can I use you?

we practiced on each other
one of the Intern (intern is person who helps out, they qualify to be interns by having completed X stuff...in other words, they are not the newbies)

this one girl, who is married to the Humble man i shared yesterday. apparently they had been working with some energy guy, and they were getting many of the 21 frequencies but did not know what they were, the energy guy had not seen them before, it was a mystery. then months later they learn about ME, and finally had answers.
this girl, was holding her husband's head when he was getting energy work (a few years ago i think) from that guy, and she instantly became clairvoyant.
She is Gen from ME massage board. I copied a post link of her story of using freq #1

so she see some arch type for me, and infuses it with frequency 16
and i am so HIGH! I have not done many drugs in my life, to have a reference....but wooooooooo was i high! i am easily a playful person, who doesn't really care what people think,....but this took me to a new level of high
i danced with many people ( i played the part of a tall, handsome, strong, romeo player...so fun, girls are so easy to make giddy)
i played ring around the rosie
we did a big jump rope thing
i brought in stallion horses and a hot knight for one lovely lady

On my drive to workshop this am, I felt so over loaded with appreciation for this forum.
Thanks to the creator of it and the ones who participate in it, I have learned so much!

I love, love, love Abraham, and the avenue of Jerry & Esther.

I, also, love learning new things (notice my no comparisons?...smile, I am good learner!)

I enjoyed that all the people I have met so far, have such different ways they attracted ME. I am hearing about authors/speakers I have no idea about.
It feels fun to attract people who have a huge menu of new ingredients.

cool experience

during practice a girl turned on each of 21 frequencies with me
that whole process was fun, silly and ended up in deep trance state
I lay on the floor
while i was laying on floor in my head
i saw another me stand up and went to one of the instructors, Melissa, and started to track Melissa
then I saw another me, get up and went to the big ME logo at front of room and hopped inside the logo
then i saw little white dots that marched like soldiers and they one by one walked up and popped in my head.

I met some girls that have been to like 5 workshops.

They commented how day 3 or level 2 is so different than anything they had seen.
They said, before there was alot of attention to hands one, 2-pointing.
It was all about feeling a physical difference in a person, with the 2-point.

She said the information felt very new to her.
That is seems to be so easy for new people to "get it"
that he keeps teaching more and more advanced stuff

we did alot of 2-pointing, with out touching.
( i personally thought that was much easier)

In closing, Mr B, said, people are so progressive, so much interest has taken off with this, and the ME field is so expansive.
He said he thinks when second book comes out Oct 13 (i think), he feels like this is going to go crazy! He think the future will be extremely intense.

2 summers ago, my daughter and i started a book club.
She wanted to read Harry Potter series.

I knew nothing of Harry Potter, saw no movie, knew nothing.
She really wanted to read them, so I agreed

I instantly fell in love with Harry!
I had a strong desire to become a wizard, and wanted to go to witch school.

fast forward

at seminar this week end, during one of practice session, this girl asked me what I wanted?
I answered, what I really, really really want is to become a wizard.
She instantly laughed and said you already are on.
She said I see your wizard hat, I see stars in your eyes, and fairy dust floats around you.
I laughed at her quick and cute response, and say, ok, then I want to be even more powerful wizard so I really feel it.
that is when she did the 21 frequencies on me, that i wrote about yesterday.

later that day, at lunch
one of girls at tables does readings
so I asked her to do a reading on me
she starts talking, and all the stuff she says about my life is accurate
then she says i have many physic gifts, she said i have tapped into a small part of it, but it is really big, and i have not yet begun to see it.
she told me, i will be a communicator, that i will teach something very new and unique that is not being taught right now. she said me and this other non physical being (or whatever that I will work with) are traveling and we are on our way to each other.

it was like way cool, and i was over the top thrilled as of course that is exactly a message that i want to hear!

later that day, Dr B (ie big daddy) was telling this story how some person (forgot who) said magic is not real. it made Mr B angry and he did the finger salute, and said "really?!"
and that made his start wizard school!

I love it! It feels so magical that I wanted to go to wizard school even though people laughed when I told them, they thought i was being silly. Now, 2 years later i learn....ta-da there really is a wizard school!!!!!

Mr B, son did the filming. One morning before it started, Mr B came up to his son, who was sitting by filming stuff. He started to touch his neck, I am not sure what he was doing to his son, but WOW, this huge feeling of LOVE was penetrating from father and son. I am sure no one else saw it, but it was mesmerizing.

I was not 2-pointed. I think the energy of the room had me swaying, then I think the girl who was touching (massaging) me has a strong energy field, that took me over the edge.

Someone told me before workshop starts they do some energy work in the room. They prepare the room somehow to hold the vibration they want. Plus all the ME logos all around the room and on people have some kind of magical powers.

Actually, Rich got a hold of me in the hall. He just saw me & started workin' on me. (I didn't see him do that to anyone else, so I don't know if it's common.) He drilled a hole in my neck & installed dolphins.

I laughed so hard, Sierra had to help me to my seat.
I laughed so hard, I became a distraction to Rich as he was lecturing.
I laughed so hard, Rich STOPPED lecturing & pointed me out to EVERYONE.
I laughed so hard, I knocked another lady over by touching her.
I laughed so hard, Sierra & Tracy couldn't stop laughing either.
I'm laughing right now just thinking about how much I laughed!

On a more serious (ya right) note. I have had the awesome experience of working on several of the same people for months & they don't always fall the same way. Sometimes forward, sometimes back & sometimes they twist. So I'll stick with Daddy:heart:. No real opinions here!

A few updates.

At the ME workshop, local people have a sign up sheet, if you are interested you can give email address and they email you about local play group to practice.

I went to my first play group.
I heard for the second time a recommendation to listen to teleconferences with Reggie (one of the teachers/trainers) You can listen for $15.00 and/or order back sessions. 2 people highly recommended her teleclasses. i have noticed i was extremely tired this week. not sure why, and don't care. In general I am not one to care (feel concerned/worried) about too much, but i love how i am even more allowing of whatever shows up.

I read this amazing post on the ME message board from a 71 year old man. He was listing all the things that have shown up for him in past 7 months since he started ME.
I love that he is 71, and he has this great list of improvements/happinesses!!

What is Different?

ME suggests we open ourselves to all/new possibilities and not have specific expectations of how things will show up....one of the powerful questions i hear often, is what is different? by noticing something different, new patterns, new cycles, new things can come/go be created, whatever.
It feels like a great question to me, and one that does not judge anything as good or bad, simple expansive.

this feels like a different twist, that feels good to me, and wow am i surprised to notice so many new and different things, ideas, feelings, synchronizes, people, etc showing up!!
