I appreciate Bach flower essences
I appreciate that they flowed into my life at the perfect time when I was reaching for relief
I appreciate that they represent relief to me
I appreciate that I can decide to take them as much as I want or as little as I want
I love that I get to decide
I love how soothing they are
I love that I am abundant enough to afford as many as I want
