I've also been to a Brien Weiss workshop. I regressed in a group exercise. It was brief but I found myself standing in a forest looking at a stone wall. I had the knowledge I was a 14 year old boy. I looked down and saw I was wearing a tunic and had leather shoes. I was on a dirt path. It was an amazing experience.

Since then I have taken hynosis training and I have conducted a past life regression myself. The man I hypnotized went to 3 previous lives and 3 different times in his current life. When I woke him his eyes popped open and he said "Where did that come from?" It was really cool.
