After being totally over the moon about our very own Stewarts (http://www.stewartstjohn.com) AMAZING music, I am curious to know how has learning the teachings of Abraham impacted your work as an artist?
How has your art changed/expanded?
I find myself being more creative, just this month I have taken up piano playing & started writing again. I find the writing to be enormously fulfilling... I started out writing rampages of appreciation & now I want to write stories & poems...
I think connection to Source is fuel for a creative person, what has been your experience?
Thanks, Shari

Shari, that's awesome you started playing and writing! Doesn't it feel great?
Source is THE fuel that, when you tap into it consciously, produces AMAZING results. My connection to Source has enhanced my craft tremendously. I feel more connected to my work than ever before. Even more interesting is that I'm not really keen to work on projects that don't -- in some sort of way -- have an uplifting or positive message at the center. The sci-fi film I recently finished directing is an example of this -- in the story, I created a character named The Channeler who offers real hope to the people of the world -- because it was important TO ME to bring the concept of channeling to the mainstream audience, even though the film is a very politically charged movie. That's how Source works with me -- it inspires.
And on a side note -- on the last day of shooting the channeler scenes -- we were in an old abandoned warehouse. I had spoken several times to my crew about the importance of owls in my life, and how they are always magical to me --
Well, it was about midnight, we had been sooting all day long, and I was on the second level of the building when suddenly I heard screaming from below. My script girl and makeup and other crew members were yelling my name --
-- So I came out and everyone was gathered in a huddle staring up at the rafters.
And there, from out of this little crackety hole, emerged the most glorious white owl you have ever seen!
Well, you can imagine the reaction. People couldn't believe it. Could. Not. Believe it. An owl -- on my set!!
And then, the owl circled above us all -- and I kid you not, a feather floated down and landed in my director's chair. TRUE STORY. 100%.
The girl playing the Channeler was absolutely freaked out, chilled to the bone.
And I was thrilled because I knew. SOURCE SOURCE SOURCE!!
Such a wonderful thing to be an artist CONSCIOUSLY allowing Source to flow!

Shari  First of all thank you so much for posting Stewart's site.
Stewart, absolutely heavenly music, and I mean that in more ways than one, in all ways possible.
I have also rediscovered my artistic side since meeting Abraham. I never considered myself a passionate person before. But I have found passion. Yea!! For me it's making jewelry and little thingys out of clay for people who don't mind dusting. It amazes me how much you can achieve when you call upon your source.

Abraham finally answered the question for me of how to SING! I had been trying to figure out for the longest time what makes a good singer and how to stay in tune and just how some people do it. And then I found out! You gotta feel good when you sing! That is it! That's the ticket! It's all you gotta do. And so, ever since I learned that, I have become such a better singer and I just have these moments when I sing that are so incredible... it's the best way of telling, for me, how aligned to source I am. It's so revealing. Your voice really is an expression of how you feel.
Anyway, I have been making more use of my imagination since learning about Abraham. Not to attract anything, but just because it is fun to imagine like a kid! I create all these fantasy lands in my head that someday I will make into some sort of amusement park/museum for people to visit. It's gonna be oh, so cool.
Oh, and here's my music page...

I have some art on there as well. Most of it is stuff I don't really care for that I am just trying to get rid of but I got a couple portraits up I like. I plan to post some more (better) songs but that's what I have for now.
And wow, Stewart! I love your music. My bro is sleeping right now so I have to keep the volume down but I can't wait to hear more of it later! Très bien!
I'd love it if people posted more of their art/music/creative expression! It's so cool to look at and hear and such.
Much love! :)

Reading all of your posts are inspiring. I have for a long time haven't used my talent. I knew from the very core that something was missing all these years.
Shari, that's great! Someone has told me that Writing and drawing is also like meditation. It exhilarates you. I feel so connected to source when I immerse myself to these activities! :) Keep it up!
Stew, your music is very inspiring. It lights up my very soul. It truly is very inspiring. I'd like to listen to it while I draw! While drawing, I feel myself one with my pen and paper. I'd like to feel this again.
Anna, singing is like showing your soul to the world. Yes! Sing and feel good at the same time!
I'd like to sing, to draw and dance. LOL! I want to do all those three as I have been doing when I was younger. I want to immerse myself with these beautiful activities.
Thanks for this post. This is a reminder for me to do the things I love! I hope to post my work here when I am ready. *wink*

You should read (and do) "The Artist's Way" by Julia Cammeron (I think I'm spelling her name right)--it's all LOA/Source energy (that our creativity IS our Source energy coming through)--very Abe-y and just all around awesome!
