Hi Tales.
I hate to be the one to do it, but I'm going to give you something of a non-answer here:
You don't APPLY the Law of Attraction. It just is. LoA is a constant, like gravity. You can't APPLY gravity.
What you CAN do is start to objectively observe your thoughts & emotions to see if you are ALLOWING the LoA to bring you the experiences you'd prefer. That's the basis of it. If you are focusing on positive things in your existing experience, LoA will deliver more positive things into your present/future experience.
The only application that I would recommend is simply to find good things in your life & focus your attention there, identify more good things you'd like to experience & appreciate the fact that they are available for you to aspire to, and take action when you know you are inspired to do so.
Truthfully, in LoA - the only thing to really learn about is yourself. ;)

hmm okay I "attracted" you. I attracted an answer....
Ok I have dreams.
I want to make the stories I have conjured in my mind into movies and even be the producer of them just like Peter Jackson believed that he will remake King Kong and he did..
So what should I do now to attract "I want to make movies/animation based on my stories."?

I already told you, dear Tales. See my post above.

Believing means you never have a contradictory thought on the subject.
Your vibrational signal needs to be 'movie-maker'. If you already felt like a movie-maker, you sure wouldn't be asking other people how to get there, would you? So there's your first step.
But then what if my vibe right now I am really not in line, how do I change it? Becos right now my drawings and storywriting.etc is not up to par yet. But that was a few mths ago, now I feel I can start my stories again. But I think I am still out of vibe or something.
How now?

It might help if you read about the processes offerered in the book Ask and it is Given by Esther and Jerry Hicks. You can start playing around with different things that gradually shift your vibration. The emotional guidance scale, focus wheels, virtual reality, pivoting in your thinking, and others that help. If you don't want to get the book just yet, you can go to http://www.abrahamappreciators.com/ and halfway down the page there is an Abraham Processes link and you will see a list of these. Check out one that you are drawn to the name of, and try it and try others.
These processes help you think in a new way, to focus on the wanted instead of what is lacking. Doing so will help you work with the Law of Attraction instead of having it work against you.
What you complain about you get more of. What you appreciate and praise you get more of. What you ignore goes away. So appreciation is something to cultivate in your life, even if from your viewpoint that may not make much sense. "I want to make movies and she says appreciate?Huh? "Well, read a little and experiment, and you will start to have a reality you prefer instead of the default one like most people on earth. Adal and Sierra have a website where you can make focus wheels. What is the URL anyone? That is worth trying out.
Getting to making movies isn't just one step, it is a journey of radically changing your thinking and it is fun, for us anyway. However you can become a movie maker without any of this stuff if it doesn't float your boat. Welcome and enjoy!

Hi Tales.
I haven't read all of the replies, but I'm sure you already got some wonderful advice. So advice nr. 1: Read them again
It's really cool that you feel you want to change things in your life, and that you feel you are ready to begin this process.
When right now you are at 'I want it but I don't feel it' and you wanna go to 'I want it and I know it's gonna happen' it can be very frustrating when you keep looking at the fact that you aren't there yet.
It's okay that right now your vibration doesn't match. All you have to do, is keep on feeling good. Really, that's all it takes. You don't have to worry, you don't have to think about your stuff not being good enough, and how to improve it, because when your vibration is on 'it's not good enough' you're not open to inspiration on how to change it. When you start to feel good about anything, you open yourself up to higher vibrations, you will be inspired suddenly to do something, which leads to a much better result.
Much love

I would have to agree with Leah. You hit bullseye, Tai! :P!
And wow, it answered some of my questions yet again. :) I don't know if I can give you an advice or anything. Remember when we were kids? When we used to daydream and play make-believe? Do you remember how it felt so good to do it?
I needed to be reminded not to be too serious about my life. Hahaha. :)

But you see, that is exactly why it is no longer fun for you. That is exactly why you don't feel like writing as soon as you get up in the morning, and into the late of night until you pass out from exhaustion.
Wait, I do still do writing even everyday. I am in fact conjuring up new stories everyday. But I do not find it a "no longer fun" but I find it good! I have been doing that for a long time.
So far the path to my goal is manifesting slowly, I was introduced by my mentor who is pushing me to my potential, thank you. My skills have been improving fast.
Okay I think this is the problem I am thinking on or off:
I wish going to break free from servitude as in, I am not going to be creating content for others[ as a 3d modeller you create 3d models/animation based on the stuff your client gives you], I am going to create the content based on my own concepts and share it with the world and it would become a blockbusters movies.
How to manifest that? or the correct way of thinking? as talked about in the Secret? This is what I am having problems applying the LOA to
Example
"If you are anti-war, be pro peace. If you are anti-hunger be pro- people having more than enough to eat."

That doesn't mean the Universe wants a great movie-maker to be an accountant; it means that you serve others joyfully (there is no higher calling) until you crack the idea that will shoot you to the top.
serve others joyfully?

How to manifest that? or the correct way of thinking? as talked about in the Secret? This is what I am having problems applying the LOA
Two things I should mention.
1. The "how to" is none of your business. Your job is to *know* (believe/have faith, whatever you want to call it) that it will happen. When you know it will happen, there is no need to stress about it, to struggle about it, to sweat about it, because you know it's going to happen. It doesn't matter how.
2. You cannot 'apply LOA'. Law of Attraction just IS. There is no applying to do. So whatever you are living right now is a direct result of your past thinking/feeling, and whatever you are thinking/feeling right now is prepaving your future experience,, whether you think it is good or bad.
If you want to know what you can do to improve your life experience in whatever field, this is my answer: Relax and KNOW that all is well. You can do that by *imagining* your life experience the way you want it to be, in as much detail as it feels good. You imagine it because it feels good (NOT because you are trying to make something happen). So, daydream about it. Practice you Oscar speech because it feels good. Be playful about it. Practice your walk on the red carpet because it feels good. Imagine the lifestyle you will have and how good it feels. Imagine the crowds loving your movies, because it feels good. Or do whatever you want that creates a GOOD FEELING.
And you do it this way because it feels good, no other reason. There is no need to try to make something happen. Just daydream about it, believe it will happen and go have FUN.
FUN is what it's all about.
Cheers!

"Most people offer the majority of their though in response to what they are observing" I heard from the secret it appears to be a vicious cycle indeed. So how to break free?

Tales,
I am not sure if you are really paying attention to the replies here. We've all given you the answer to your latest question. The way you break the cycle is to imagine it the way you want it to be, not the way it is. I wrote it in my previous post also:

Have you read any books on these subjects? Reading might help you to understand it more.
