Hi Everybody,
I've been listening to the first part of the Personal Ascension Course, a free 27 minute video in which Leela Jamieson sings certain notes for a few days now. I find myself in a state of relaxed, enjoyable meditation during, and the impact it has had on me overall is pretty significant in terms of feeling more open and in tune.
I found the power of sounds to induce consciousness shifts in me only a little while back - HoloSync Sounds while meditating (wow), Tuning Fork Sounds, even singing myself.
These are Leela's words about what she does:
Through being an open channel, I act as a resonant tuner much like a tuning fork. I raise my energy up to absolute joy and love through channeling and singing high vibrational tones and notes which represent the very sounds of creation itself and the higher realms of ourselves. These frequencies in my voice and presence act as keys to tune you up into your naturally ecstatic supreme state of being.
