clearing the woods

We have a very nice piece of property that includes about a half acre of wooded land. I have a little shade garden back there and a beautiful spot where we have buried some of our beloved furry companions who have moved back to non-physical. I haven't really done much of anything back there in a couple of years and now there are 5 huge trees that have fallen. One fell directly across the circle of stones that surround the pet cemetery but thankfully missed any of the statues or grave markers. And there are 3-4 trees that need to be cut down. I've been working on clearing some of the branches and got quite a bit done but felt a little overwhelmed at the prospect of having all this brush and fallen trees cleared out. My spouse has been promising to get it done for the last five years, meanwhile more trees fall and he starts new piles of brush. lol He has a bad back and shouldn't be messing around with this anyway so I decided, I am just going to pay someone if I have to. This has made me a little crazy over the last five years but I had put my desire to get the property cleared up on the back burner. But NOW, I am getting the bug again and I'm going out there everyday trying to do what I can and thinking how much I would love all this cleared out. I started thinking damn, I want a new computer and with what this is going to cost I can just forget about that. But then I released resistance about it. I just decided, hey I want it done I don't even care what it costs...this is finally getting done. I've been working back there for the last couple weeks 3-6 hours at a time almost everyday so I have been focusing on this a LOT as you can imagine. I'm visualizing it as I'd like it to be every time I walk from the front to the back with branches I am clearing. I'm focused. I'm doing all this work and loving the results. I'm thinking about how beautiful my woods are and happy I finally have some time to devote to it.

So I was puttering around back there some more today and a new neighbor who has bought the property that runs behind our woods comes over and tells me he has a pal who has a spot a a campground who wants wood. This guy is going to come over and cut down and cut up anything I want and haul it away...FREE...no charge! As long as he can take the wood. YAY! That didn't take too long to manifest did it? Maybe I'll get that new computer now...I'm still honing that desire though and deciding what I want.
