SUPER ABER KNOWS HE CAN FIND APPRECIATION FOR RESISTANT INDIVIDUALS LIKE LEX LUTHOR IN HIS LIFE. THESE INDIVIDUALS ARE ALSO HIS TEACHERS IN LEARNING TO ALLOW!

You may have won this time Lex Luthor, but Super Aber knows he has won too! Your resistance has made my enlightened Self to shine even brighter.

Super Aber, so let's say that there is this ugly villain in your neighborhood and they are cruel and mean and down right nasty? How would you appreciate them???

I remember reading in the Course in Miracles that when we stop feeling negative
emotion about someone that really pisses us off then it transfers to other areas of our life.
(By the way, the Course did not use the work pissed (grin) but it was worded in a way that
was similar.)
Like if you stop getting angry with the annoying neighbor that says mean, nasty things to you,
you also stop getting annoyed with your coworkers, and you get along better with them.
So this makes your work life better.
You also get along better with your family members, and you just become less angry.
So this makes your family life better.
All of this happened when you dealt with the negative emotion that was boiling inside ofyou, however the annoying neighbor triggered it, but it was always there.
I wrote this post on the Abeforum.

it helped me focus on forgiving people that really annoyed the hell out of me. Yup even dumb fucks can be lovable (grin).

Thank you Super Aber, you have saved the day!!!! :super: :super: :super:
I have been seeing this transformation actually, it is very true!!!
I have been feeling less and less hatred for the villain that I created in my mind and it has been changing my relationships with others immensely.
I guess it all comes down to choosing happiness!
I appreciate you, all my super aber friends

Thanks Tai!
Right now I'm really getting into Seth again. I used to read his work in 2006, then stopped when I got involved in Abraham. Over the holidays, I reread His book 'The Nature of Personal Reality', and became hooked again to His teachings. I plan to read all of His volumes, since His work parallels that of Abraham .
I totally agree with His views on the present moment, and living in the moment is the
best way to live an inspired life. :joylick:

Hey Paula,
For me, it's interesting that you created a villain in your mind. When I first picked up 'A Course in Miracles,' I was going through some severe problems with someone I knew, and from my frame of view then, I thought he was a villain. Then I would read in the Course that I was creating my reality of who I thought was evil, and no one is really bad. I had a hard time letting go of my judgements, and often debated with the Course, because in my perception I felt justified in saying what I felt was right.
Yet I knew there was reliable wisdom in what the Course had to teach me.
Year later, I've forgiven whatever negative beliefs I've fostered about him. I really don't react to his behavior, even if he hasn't changed, but I feel differently about him. He really isn't a bad guy. In fact, he can be nice, if I focus there!
I also learned from the Course that forgiving someone that pisses us off, like those evil villains and Lex Luthors in our lives, is really a gift to ourselves, because by forgiving them, we let go of the anger and other grievances in our energy system, which we activate when we hold on to a grievance.
And by letting that negative stuff out, we can better allow the flow of life from entering into our experience.

Abraham: It is not lumpia that which creates your reality.
Steve: But .. I love lumpia too much.
Abraham: How do you feel when you eat lumpia?
Steve: It's a sinfully delicious feeling!
Abraham: Make it a heavenly delicious feeling!
Steve: Yeah yeah... lumpia is my friend.
