:wave: Hello all...
I wanted to share one of my favorite books with you, it's called, "Pronoia is the Antidote to Paranoia...How the World is Conspiring to Shower You with Blessings", by Rob Breszny. I :heart: Love :heart: this book! I suspect that Mr. Breszny has attended a workshop or two because he writes from a very Abe-informed perspective.
"Pronoia" is a fun-to-read book that I think most Abers could appreciate. It is very entertaining and very informative, too. It is quite different from most self-help books in that it has a very playful tone. When you read this book, you will be introduced to "Pronoia" which is the opposite of paranoia. A paranoid person feels like the world and everyone in it is against them. They live in fear of things that could go wrong. A pronoiac person acknowledges the miracle in every day and expects things to go well for them.
I'd love to know if any of you have read this or are familiar with Mr. Breszny's work...
