As i sit here eating my salad out of a plastic prepack from a local supermarket, I had a bizzar thought.
As I looked at all the little vegetables that it consisted off I thought of all the future peices of me(that come together to offer sustenance to my body) that are out hanging on trees,vines or chewing on grass.( i eat meat also) It was a strange but enlightening thought. That saying ''we are what we eat came to mind. I thought about it a came to the conclusion that we only think we are what we eat. 'we are what we feel' is more a truth. So here is to all the little salad vegetables that are either in existence or coming in the seeds of their species to assist me in my focus. they become me and I become more until I change my focus...just as they appear too. one minute an olive...next mouthfull a Simon.....hehe!
