The more you enjoy the process itself, the faster it will go - that's the paradox. The more you are enjoying discovering what your beliefs are as an act unto itself that is worth having, the faster you will go. By staying right with it, by being excited about the process, that in in of itself is an art form.

The first art form to master is simply being here now with what is happening. Trusting that what is happening is happening for a reason, for the purpose of putting you in touch with more of yourself - so that you can expand. You will be excited with anything that is happening, it will be experienced as a piece of art - then you will be allowing it to move very rapidly through you.

Over 20 years ago I coined the term Think Big, I became an even bigger success after I said it than before. It obviously works.

I like thinking big, I always have. To me its very simple, if you're going to be thinking anyway - you might as well think big.

I'm famous for two short sentences, 'Think Big' and 'You're Fired' and I suggest strongly that you pay attention to the first one, so you won't have to hear the second one.

My note: Genpo Roshi talks about how even the slightest movement is enough to get 'the wheel' moving again - I have noticed this too, a simple empowering act like writing down or saying aloud what I'm wanting gets the momentum going.

Place no condition on yourself as to how to behave or what to be in order to receive self acceptance and self love.

Take a risk to be open and vulnerable to who you are with no preset limits or expectations.

Accept and love yourself for the fact that you exist rather than for what you do.

When you are the recipient of unconditional self acceptance and self love from yourself, you feel:

* Free to be yourself.
* Wanted and desired for you as you are rather than for what you do.
* That there is no need to wear a mask or to act in any way just to please another.
* That it is possible to take the risk to be vulnerable in order to have open and honest relationships with others.
* No fear of retribution or reprisal from others if you should make a mistake or experience a failure.
* That there are no conditions set on your relationships with yourself.

Every time you beat yourself up, you create a vortex of disrespect that only invites disrespect towards you...people cannot help but treat you disrespectfully by the power of the vibration you emit and Law of Attraction fueling it. What we (Abe) are concerned about is that you feel your worthiness. There is no limit to the nonphysical energy. So there are 2 factors: How much are you summoning through your desire to know? And how much are you allowing? And the allowing factor, mostly, not entirely, has to do with you own self-love. In other words, when you are really liking you it feels like there are no limitations to what you can receive!

There are "I love you's" now in my family(parents), 22 years of
a stream contrary I feared it would never be, but yes - and what joy.
