Clear skin

For many years now I have had acne and I am so done with it! It comes and goes actually, for months I will have beautiful clear skin and then, well we don't have to go there...I want to feel better about this subject, I want to find relief, and I want beautiful clear skin for the rest of my life!

As an aesthetician, I know that clear beautiful skin is something that many people desire. I love being able to share my expertise with friends and clients when they come to visit me at work.
When someone who is particularly distressed about acne and breakouts comes to see me, in addition to the treatment I give them, I also make the following suggestion: I tell them to look for a part of their body where the skin is already smooth and clear. I tell them that part is proof that they already have the smooth clear skin that they desire and that their face just needs to get "caught up". I suggest to them that they spend a few minutes each day appreciating that part of their body and the beautiful, healthy skin that exists there. I tell them appreciation is the key to happiness and by appreciating the beautiful parts of themselves , they will improve their overall beauty. LoA in action.
I am fortunate to live in southern California and to work in an Aveda salon, because we have many clients who are open to New Thought wisdom and the ones who actually take my advice about appreciation, do have great results with it.

I want clear skin too Paula! I understand that, and your IB will lead you, trust me, to the face product that is your path of least resistance to get you there. for me I keep being told not to touch my face, i have a bad habit of touching my forehead and chin and thats where all the acne is. hands off! :lol:
