I hope this is the spot for this and if not someone/Moderator please let me know. It is about creation and manifesting however

So as I sat today and read some magazines and papers, the stories all startout with a negative headline and I thought "With a new Washington and leadership, new Wall Street, coming new Economy, etc etc, we need a new magazine that mirrors what we on this site represent and manifest in our everyday lives."

Sort of a cross between "O" and Business Week but with a more positve LOA bent. And limited in terms of topics - perhaps business, culture,??? Instead of headlines such as "America Crumbles" or "The Global Economic Disaster" we can be a lot more inspiring and positve.

I know there are a lot of creative people out there. Will you help? I can get tons of adverstising dollars from companies who also mirror our focus and energies. We also want to keep it "green" or we won't publish.

Don't be shy, let me know - I know there are budding authors and writers out there.

Not totally formulated yet - but certainly need your creativity Leah. There is a lot of talent on this Board. We need journalists, graphics, IDEAS!!!!! Positve and creative pieces which will stimulate and motivate and manifest what we all want this world to be.

Where you live is irrelevent. Have a computer right?

I see a cross between such publications as Atlantic Monthly, Salon.com, the New Yorker, etc etc - reall intelligent, cutting edge material.

I'll bet you are chomping at the bit because this is what you and your friend have been waiting to do!

Great question. Great magazine too although I envision this as a bit more intellectual but still fun and enlightening.

Also, probably on-line at little or no cost and/or provided to subscribers through a Kindle subscription.

I want to generate thought and energy in a positive manner and remove fear from the mix. (Not that Success is fear filled) But we need to talk about a broad range of cutting edge topics that affect ALL lives.

I don't feel picked on at all. I have found that harmonious debate and throwing ideas and thoughts out there is what generates success in my life. i'll bet you all have had the same experience. The operative word however is "harmonious"

All of that said, as I wrote to Leah earlier, I have never been in publishing before other than my high school and university newspapaers.

I am publishing a book but that is it. I am not here nor will I promote that here.

YOU on this board though have the talent and expertise along with me to do this. I am blessed in that everything I touch succeeds. But that also comes with hard work which you are all accustomed to as well - the difference may be that this is also fun. And you can do your "regular" thing as well.

And as we realize and manifest success, there will be financial remuneration as well for all who contribute. You have nothing to lose - just an investment in your own creative energies - whether you are a writer or graphics person or photographer, etc. Doesn't mean you work will always be published or included always. But I'll make darned sure that I try to get it in.

That is as long as it is free of fear and negativity.

There ARE very creative people here. I see prose and poems and other forms of creativity which fills readers hearts with positive enriching energy AND it fills the hearts and souls of thise who write and contribute it. Begin by practicing on us - do not be shy, we love you and your work.

And I see incredible artists and photographers here as well. Again, your art and creation will consume the souls of the readers while enriching your own.

11:11 - you are right, Babelfish is not the best choice - was just an example. I love your idea - we have so much talent and diversity here.

I'm a translator - English/Spanish - and an author, so I'm offering my abilities in that regard. But I'm no limited to that and can also contribute in other areas like editing, poems... well you name it... hmmm I guess it's called "etc." lol... but yes, there are a lot of fun, interesting and inspiring ideas that will get my juices flowing and can be added to the mix.

Hey Stephan, you are really cool! Just the kind of person I have been wanting to get to know! I could write positive movie reviews for this magazine. I think we need more optimisitc critics. Critics that look for positive aspects and who only write about what they like in something. I could seek out uplifting movies because I only want to feel good when watching movies, and I could recommend them and tell people why they make me feel good. I also could publish a play that I am writing. I am interested in only uplifting positive theatre. Maybe you are just the man with the capital and spiritual beliefs and interest to produce my happytheatre company.

The plan is in the works, Alex however please know that this isn't only my project. It belongs to all of us and we are all the leaders and the ones manifesting this.

Everyone who has responded and who will responded and get involved has unbelievable energy and potential. It will not fail and will provide enlightenment and joy to many.

I will continue to take in all of the thoughts, ideas and suggestions through the end of the year. Feel free to send expamples of ytour work - whether prose, poetry, photos, art, etc. All is accepted and all is bveautiful as you are the creators and are perfect.

I will set up a global conference call sometime after the New Year and if there are 3 or 300 - all are welcome.

I'm a writer, and I could also contribute photographs. I'd love to be a part of a mulitnationa, global, intergalactic workteam, and writing is what I love to do most!

I also can translate into German, and would write in English or German, as needed.

Perhaps it would be useful to have a bit more flesh to the bones, in order to know what topics might be covered by this? What do you expect? I could contribute some of my travel experiences and tips for women travelling on their own, I have a background in legal and financial affairs, real estate and financing.

So let us know a bit more what you think about, so that we can do this on point.

Dorothee - this is great. If this post makes no sense, I will apologize in advance - it is 3 in the morning where I am and I'm up to take a conference call from NY.

Anyway - this isn't about what I want - as I explained above. This is for all of us that manifest and want to continue to manifest beauty, joy, excitement, enlightenment etc. and share it with the world. Perhaps you can begin by posting some of your work here for all of us - not as a test but just to inspire all of our creative juices.

So, the topic is open as to the form and function. We're all throwing our creative ideas out there and we'll collect them all. Then I will set up a global conference call sometime after the New Year and we'll get to work in earnest - a plan and organization and structure.

So like everyone else that has responded - your contributions are welcome and to me are well in keeping with what we are manifesting. Global, free of fear, enlightening and packed with energy from all to share with the world in this new era.

Because, as I said, there is this creative potential here, there are all kinds of people from all walks of life who can contribute, there are tons of rockets of desire and wonderful manifestations in our common vibrational escrows and we all are near enough to them that we saw this thread and reacted to it.

So, I'm still a writer and a photographer with a background in (German) law and (American) commerical real estate and financing, I'm still into it, I just don't have enough experience with the "how" of it, but I could bet that there are wonderful creators out there who can do exactly those things I'm not good at!

I just wrote a whole article about exactly this question and I agree with you, that it is also my vision this should be a magazine for all those out there who want to see a new or more uplifting perspective on things and not only for Abers and the like. And as I had written this article, the new ( adn I have to admit, quite Abe-specific) title lighted up in the back of my mind and as I pushed the wrong button, the article was lost in cyberspace. And so I thought, well, just get out the new title, and lets see how this develops...

But you're right, this is an essential question, what do we want to provide and who do we want to address? There are tons of LoA sites out there, so for anybody who wants to have a pure LoA or Abe-site it is easy to find one. But to find a different perspective on some day to day events for "normal" people who are tired of all the black-in-black and doomsday scenarios, that's not so easy!

That's why I still think "A New Perspective" might be a nice title, but I just liked the idea of a Step 3 Magazine (because Abe once said there are so many step 1 documentaries out there and what we really need are step 3 documentaries and I really liked that distinction and have used it a lot in the past).

I would like to see this magazine be totally biased and slanted. BIASED AND SLANTED TOWARDS JOY! I would like to see this magazine be where people go to find better feeling thoughts, to be happy. Besides all the other wonderful ideas already listed, I would like to see us take current issues that might be being reported on in a negative light in other places (for instance the financial "crisis"), and find all the good things that could come of it. We will give people ways to pivot and find joy and peace in issues that others are making out to be bad. We will provide hope and happiness. We will be the Pollyanna of magazines! That's my vision....!

To be honest, I wouldn't mention Pollyana in any case, because that would in my opinion be detrimental to the aim of getting "normal" people on board! We know that Pollyana lived happily ever after, but for most, she was just "lost" in this dreamworld of her own.
