And, Leah - YES, they have said that they no longer encourage breast self-exams!! I haven't done them in years anyway - but I love that they are now saying NO MORE!! No more looking for trouble. :wink2:

A few years ago my hubby found a lump and I went to the Dr and she felt it too and sent me on for a mammogram. I lined up with my well-being before my appointment, knowing that all was well either way. There was no more lump at all!!! They tried mammogram and sonogram and my breast was perfect!!
