Hey guys,

I've been controlling my state and feeling happy 95% of the time. I feel exactly how I would feel if I had all my desires granted. I started out holding the vibration for 14 second periods, and then expanding, and it's been great. I also do EFT tapping to get rid of resistance, and negative emotions.

Girls open in bars a lot easier when I approach, and I don't get nervous.

I had hit a roadblock in my online business but now a ton of opportunities are presenting themselves.

Parking spaces are opening up more regularly when I need them.

However, even though I feel great most of the day, it all snaps back whenever I sleep. I'm pretty good most of the night, but then when I wake up in the morning I feel like crap and have negative thoughts spinning through my head, or if I take a nap, when I wake up I'll have had a bad depressing dream, and feel down. I can get out of it in a few hours, when I go about my day, but I'm wondering why it keeps coming up when I rest. Also, sometimes it'll be a burst of negativity if I"m posting online for a second where I don't know where it came from.

Has anyone else experienced this snap back?

Thanks,

Hi Dan,

One could have vibrational snap-backs, as you call them, on many subjects, but as you are deliberately creating your own reality and minding your own vibration, less and less of snap-backs happen as you are predominantly focusing on feeling good, which you are experiencing. Wooohooo!

Actually, waking up is no exception to this - it's just one of things that in your case obviously could use some more deliberate thoughts/feelings. For example, you could prepave (segment intend) your night's sleep and your waking up - when you go to sleep in the night, while you're lying in your bed you could say to yourself (see Law of attraction book, pp. 165-6):

''It is my intention to awaken rested, refreshed, and eager to begin my day. The next morning as you open your eyes, recognize that you have now entered a new segment of life experience, and that the time you remain in your bed until the time you remove yourself from the bed is a segment. Set forth your intent for that time: While I'm lying here in my bed, I'm intending to have a clear picture of this day. I'm intending to become exhilarated and excited about this day. And then as you are lying there in the bed, you will feel that refreshment and exuberance for the day coming upon you.''

Keep feeling good as your main intent, you're doing awesome! :D

THANK YOU NATASHA AND 11:11 FOR YOUR HINTS!!!
I think that I awake feeling less than joyful so Natasha's idea of pre paving in the PM is good and I like 11:11 allowing me to just be ok with me and where I am (11:11 that is very important for me, THANK YOU!!
I remember a tape on lucid dreams where Abe said that our dreams are downloaded to us in an instant when we awake and they tell us where we are on the scale/(our set pint maybe before we went to sleep?)..because when we are asleep we are in pure positive energy TITOTI
Enjoy today!! THANKS!!!
11:11.....WHAT A GREAT NEW AVATAR!!!!
