Hey guys,
I've been controlling my state and feeling happy 95% of the time. I feel exactly how I would feel if I had all my desires granted. I started out holding the vibration for 14 second periods, and then expanding, and it's been great. I also do EFT tapping to get rid of resistance, and negative emotions.
Girls open in bars a lot easier when I approach, and I don't get nervous.
I had hit a roadblock in my online business but now a ton of opportunities are presenting themselves.
Parking spaces are opening up more regularly when I need them.
However, even though I feel great most of the day, it all snaps back whenever I sleep. I'm pretty good most of the night, but then when I wake up in the morning I feel like crap and have negative thoughts spinning through my head, or if I take a nap, when I wake up I'll have had a bad depressing dream, and feel down. I can get out of it in a few hours, when I go about my day, but I'm wondering why it keeps coming up when I rest. Also, sometimes it'll be a burst of negativity if I"m posting online for a second where I don't know where it came from.
Has anyone else experienced this snap back?
Thanks,
