Another way to nudge us towards more abundance of all good things in our lives:

Recognize and list here the abundance already present in your life (at least once a day or before you go to sleep or when awakening.):

i.e. a flower bush that is in full bloom;
mounds of fresh produce at the grocery store;
closet (s) full of clothes;
food in your pantry/kitchen;
electricity to run this computer, your washing mashine, refrigerator, air conditioning, etc
autombile and/or a a way to get your body around town,
