I had the most beautiful walk this afternoon. I went reluctantly... and then, conciously,
asked my IB to walk with me and let me see through their eyes.
The sun broke through and a beam a light sparkled through the trees.
I heard the most lovely music in the far distance.
I heard one bird chirp, then several more, then it was like bird chatter - just everywhere. Like my ears were hearing far beyond their normal capacity.
I was so blown away - and then one bird, then three, then a whole flock flew up over me!

I felt so atuned to everything around me - and I felt it coming from deep within me ...

lovely relief ,, I felt like I was able to see and listen as I've always been meant to.
