GOOSE BUMPS

Hi Guys,

I am Therese from Jamaica. I have a question. What do you think about getting goose-bumps at the oddest times even if you are not cold?

It happens to me ALL the time everyday. Also a swirlling sensation on the top of my head, a tingling in the muddle of my forehead and a heavy sensation in my chest.

And yes, thrill bumps, energy surges... def. is a good thing...its a sign of you moving into an even better feeling frequency! Just keep leaning downstream.... You are doing so amazing already!!

aaammmmmm I feel nervous to say.....but I was lead to Abe through these same feelings I describe and ammmm other things happen like my head moves all on its own and my fingers as well. One day my whole body moved on its own, like I turn direction, my legs lift up and down...it was like smeone inside was moving me. the tip of my nose tinglings and beeps or rather it feels like a tap on the tip of my nose......then one day my tongue moved on its own and spelt out words....which was quite embarrassing at the time as most of the time I was around someone.

Anyway, to cut a long sory short.....a friend who my tongue moved around with gave my a DVD or "Secret" and the moment I watched it.....Esther/Abraham jumped out at me and I felt the sensations...so I looked then up and it hooked on them ever since.

:grouphug: First of all - Therese, you are HOME and there is no reason at all to feel nervous around us!! Awesome story!! I also saw the original Secret and Esther/Abraham jumped out at me too - I started hitting my hubby on the arm "I KNOW HER - where do I know her from??"
