I see a attractive woman, I would let my mind think about various things to do with or to her ;) , then from there I would take that energy and use it for whatever I need it for.

It's called sexual transmutation. It's the process of changing and using one form of energy to another. Sexual energy is at the top of the list of feelings and emotions.
