Today is such a happy day - I deposited an additional $75,000 (total $130,000 now) into my escrow today towards my EB5 Application. Soon (my law firm estimates two months at most) I'm going to be a permanent resident of the USA - yes! And its so great that I am getting my green card under the passive investor segment, its the easiest, $500,000 down and I'm in.

I'm also expecting the investment to start paying me 5-10% right away, the resort I'm investing in is opening this year. 5% of 500,000 is 25,000 USD in passive income every year - neat.

I feel confident, I feel deserving, I feel comfortable.

Raj just called me up here in Singapore, our Bangalore property sale has concluded - this was a good one, I helped the seller get rid of a property which was an albatross for him, and after souping it up I've resold it for a margin of 60%, its still 10% below market value - Philips which is buying it from me is happy too.

I am good at creating win-win-win solutions - cheers to me. And thank you for your excellent support Raj, your attention to detail, your dedication and cheerful nature is such a pleasure - just wait till you open the envelope I'm posting now :biggrin:

They say once you are in the zone you see opportunity everywhere, tis true - I did not expect this Singapore being such a developed market, but in 24 hours of being here I've already located two properties which fit my profile. Gotta call Susan and get $3 million wired. I like HSBC their private banking division is excellent, I'm confident they'll manage to get this here by the end of today.

Oh and its nice that I retained by POSB account here back from my college days, now I'm reactivating it and considering how many suitable properties I'm sensing here, this account's gonna start seeing millions.

Just talked with Christy back in my San Fransisco office, we've got a meeting set up with the Trump organization CFO. This is a start, a good one. I dream of doing a joint venture with Mr. Trump himself. That would be ultimate, we could have billion dollar developments right in NYC.

I have attracted such high quality people to work with. I admire their work ethic, and they're all so pleasant to interact with, makes life so good.

I had the most amazing evening with Stephanie and Julia, we were running around the beach chasing each other, the rolling on the sand was so :D The connection that I felt the three of us, we all were this one giant person, so expansive, so blended. I appreciate my bankers, they have given me a dedicated officer and she's excellent. Whether its an international wire or arranging to deliver a local credit card they're always upto the job.

Just had Ryan from TAG come home, I've paid an advance of $10 million toward the customization of the GlobalExpress Jet. Its being painted red and white. We're expecting to have it delivered in a month and a half, we've got a hangar ready on my home grounds.

This is so good, Julia, Steph and I are so thrilled about this

Wow what a day, I just signed off on the papers for my biggest real estate deal yet, a 24 unit apartment building for 6.8 million dollars. The good news is I've already found a buyer whose offering me 8.1 million dollars, so this is going to be a quick flip.

I'm so glad that I am a part of this win-win-win deal, I'm giving the seller the million and a half in ready cash he so desperately needs and the buyer is getting the property at a 5% discount below market rate. I am so proud of myself I've become so good at real estate investing, and I felt so confident and cool all throughout this deal. Oh my! I am a full blown capitalist now :D

My home, my own house - yes a hundred and thirty acres of woods, a lake and beach strips. The construction finishes this month end. built to my taste, three floors of palacious comfort. We're introducing peacocks and peahens into the woods, and we have swans in the lake already.

Ahhhhhhhhhhh - this is my paradise on earth. We even have a clear water pond full of colorful koi.
