feeling my BF's IB with me?

My beau and I have been going through some big-time contrast, particularly in the past month. Last night, in bed I was crying and trying to make sense of it all. My IB gave me some insight that allowed me to soften and forgive some things that have happened. And then... suddenly, I felt him with me. I actually said aloud, 'J, is that you??' I could FEEL him and his love wrapped around me. I knew it was him / his energy because the feeling in my body I get like that comes ONLY from my connection with him.

Was it his IB? Have you experienced this?
